These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TokudAw's website, booking pages, airport transfer services, customer communications, and related services for Tokyo-area private transportation in Japan. By requesting, confirming, paying for, or using a booking, you agree to these Terms and any booking-specific terms shown during checkout, in a quote, or in a written confirmation.

1. Our Services

TokudAw arranges private airport transfers and related transportation services in and around Tokyo, including Haneda Airport, Narita Airport, Tokyo 23 Wards, Tokyo Station, Tokyo Disney Resort, and other supported service areas shown in the booking flow or confirmed in writing.

Airport pickup bookings may include driver meet-and-greet, manual flight monitoring by TokudAw team members when a valid flight number is provided, tolls, parking, route planning, and waiting time as described in the booking flow or confirmation.

2. Eligibility And Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Booking Requests And Confirmation

A submitted booking request is not confirmed until TokudAw or its systems issue a confirmation. We may decline, cancel, or request changes to a booking when information is incomplete, inaccurate, outside service coverage, unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise not operationally feasible.

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger, contact, route, pickup, flight, luggage, accessibility, and timing details. Additional charges or service limitations may apply if the actual trip differs from the confirmed booking details.

4. Pricing And Payment

Prices are shown in Japanese yen unless stated otherwise. Most airport transfer prices are fixed per confirmed route, vehicle, service type, pickup date and time, and booking details. A confirmed fixed-route price may include base transfer charges, configured surcharges, tolls, parking, taxes, airport meet-and-greet, and other items when those items are shown during booking or in the confirmation.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. If you need another payment method, contact TokudAw before booking; alternative payment methods are available only when TokudAw expressly confirms them.

For fixed quote bookings, the confirmed price applies only to the confirmed service details. Route changes, additional stops, extra waiting time, changed pickup or drop-off details, changed vehicle needs, additional passengers or luggage, unplanned parking, toll, or airport charges, or materially different trip details may require approval and may result in additional charges.

5. Airport Transfers, Waiting Time, And Flight Details

For airport pickup bookings, you must provide accurate flight details when requested. Unless the booking confirmation states otherwise, airport meet-and-greet includes up to 90 minutes of waiting time from the relevant arrival or agreed pickup reference. For non-airport pickups, drivers may wait for a reasonable period at the pickup location, but extended waiting may be unavailable or may incur additional charges.

6. Changes, Cancellations, No-Shows, And Refunds

Cancellations, no-shows, refunds, and booking changes are governed by the Cancellation Policy and any booking-specific written confirmation. A requested change is not confirmed until TokudAw confirms it in writing or through the booking system.

7. Passenger Conduct And Safety

Passengers must comply with driver instructions, vehicle rules, traffic laws, safety requirements, and reasonable operational requests. TokudAw or its transportation partners may refuse or end service for unsafe, abusive, unlawful, heavily intoxicated, or disruptive conduct, or when passengers exceed confirmed vehicle capacity or luggage limits.

8. Third-Party Services

The website and booking flow may link to or rely on third-party services, including Stripe, Google Maps, Google Places, email providers, analytics tools, operational synchronization providers, and transportation partners. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content that we do not control.

9. Intellectual Property And Acceptable Use

The website, booking flow, content, branding, software, designs, and related materials are owned by TokudAw or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, submit false information, transfer your account, use the service for unlawful purposes, or use the service to advertise or sell unrelated goods or services without our written approval.

10. Service Availability

TokudAw aims to provide reliable service, but availability may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, flight disruption, vehicle issues, public events, emergency conditions, third-party provider issues, strikes, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an as-available basis. TokudAw disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TokudAw's total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact TokudAw and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law.

13. Updates To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when these Terms were most recently changed. Your continued use of the services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional notice or consent is required by law.
